Return Conditions:
- 7-Day Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Quality Assurance: Returns are accepted if the product quality does not meet your expectations or if the fabric is found to be defective.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued directly to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash details.
